At Tradeify, our rules and policies are designed not to restrict trading, but to build a foundation that maximizes profitability and supports long-term success.
Our goal is to leverage your talent, manage risk effectively, and create a sustainable trading environment where both the firm and traders benefit.

Good Faith Policy

Tradeify operates on mutual trust between the firm and the trader. Therefore, traders are prohibited from using strategies that exploit or manipulate errors within our platform, including:

DLL Increases at 6% Profit

When your account reaches 6% profit (balance reaches the threshold below), your DLL increases to match your drawdown amount. This larger DLL takes effect the NEXT trading session, not immediately.

EA / Bots / Algorithmic Trading

Tradeify allows the use of bots and algorithms under the following conditions:

Microscalping

Microscalping refers to trades targeting small profits from minimal price movements, often within seconds.
To ensure trades can be reliably replicated, at least 50% of your profit must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds.

Inactivity Policy

To keep your account active, you must place at least one trade per week (Monday–Friday) per account. Failure to do so may result in your account being marked inactive. Tradeify will notify you before taking any action.
If you need time off (e.g., vacation), notify us in advance and we’ll work with you.

Copy Trading

Copy trading is allowed with up to 5 accounts, provided you activate this feature.
Only accounts you personally own and manage may be grouped together.
Copying strategies from others or engaging in third-party group copy trading is not permitted.
Third-party trade copiers may be used at your own risk. Tradeify is not responsible for errors caused by them.

News Trading, DCA, Flipping & Scaling

News trading, dollar-cost averaging (DCA), flipping, and scaling are all permitted.
NEVER use the Daily Loss Limit as a stop loss - System protection may not be effective during extreme volatility
Using the DLL as a stop may cause your account to breach the Trailing Max Drawdown due to slippage in volatile markets.

Hedging & Trading Micros or Minis Rules

Hedging is 100% prohibited for all accounts
Traders are not permitted to trade micro and mini futures contracts simultaneously.
Switching between them across different sessions is allowed, but you cannot open or hold both types of positions at once.

Overnight Holding Rule

All open positions are automatically closed at market close by Tradeify. This does not cause account failure or penalties. The trading day runs from 6:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT, and trades across different sessions on the same calendar day count as separate trading days.

Purchase Restrictions

Maximum 15 evaluations can be purchased within any 30-day period since your first purchase.
Each evaluation can be reset up to 10 times within a 30-day period
You can hold up to 5 funded accounts simultaneously

Payout Window

Payouts can be requested anytime once payout conditions have been met.

Requests outside of business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST and federal holidays) may take up to 72 hours to process.

No Minimum Balance Requirement

Drawdown locking is not linked to payouts and occurs automatically when EOD balance exceeds the drawdown threshold by $100 (e.g., $52,100 on a $50K account).This happens automatically regardless of whether you've requested a payout.,
For subsequent payouts (2nd and beyond), you must show positive net profit during the payout cycle (plus meet any Trading Days with Profit requirement) to be eligible

Buffer System

The Daily Payout Policy uses a buffer amount that must be exceeded before you can request payouts:
50K Account: $2,100 buffer
100K Account: $2,600 buffer
150K Account: $3,600 buffer

You cannot withdraw profits that would bring your account balance below the buffer amount. Profits above the buffer are eligible for withdrawal, up to the payout cap.
Payout CapsTo be eligible for a payout on any day:

The trader must have profit greater than $0 since their last payout, and they may request up to 2× the profit earned above the buffer, capped at:
$1,000 for a 50K account
$1,500 for a 100K account
$2,500 for a 150K account

This cap resets after each payout cycle.
Minimum payout: $250
Note: You do NOT choose your payout policy until after you pass the evaluation.
