  • A trade must be placed at least once within each seven-day period. Failing to trade within this timeframe may result in your account being marked inactive and breached.
Prohibited ActivitiesHere are the types of trading you cannot engage in:
Automated Scalping
  • The use of automated systems designed for ultra-high-frequency scalping, particularly systems that exceed 200 trades per day is prohibited.
Fully Automated Trading Systems
  • You must be actively involved in trading and cannot let software do all the work for you.
Market Manipulation
  • This includes trying to artificially affect the market price by placing multiple orders or other dishonest strategies.
Micro scalping
  • This is a strategy where trades are held for very brief moments to capture tiny price movements. It's not allowed.
Copy Trading
  • Copy trading is allowed if the account you copy from belongs to you, but it cannot be used across multiple evaluation accounts.
2%price limit rule
  • Aquafutures prohibits users from trading within 2 % of a CME price limit. A price limit refers to the maximum amount a futures contract is allowed to move during a trading session. If the limit is reached, the market may pause or halt depending on the specific product and the time of day.
Biggest Loss vs. Biggest Win (single trade)
  • Your biggest single trade loss cannot exceed your biggest single trade win during the funded stage within each withdrawal cycle. The calculation is applied to net profits (commissions included).
